Rivermoor Engineering was selected as the structural engineer by Annino Inc Architects for a major mixed use development project constructed at the confluence of North Main Street, Crocker Street, and Mansfield Avenue in downtown Mansfield. The Commuter Rail Station is directly across the street from the proposed development, thereby ensuring easy access to commuters traveling toward both Boston and Providence.
The structure consists of two (2) interconnected building modules four stories in height, with a total of 100 rental apartments and 11,000+/- square feet of multitenant retail space.

Rivermoor Engineering was selected as the structural engineer by Annino Architects for a 60 unit condominium building to be located at the northern end of the Paul Revere Heritage Site in Canton, MA.
​
The overall redevelopment project included the construction of a new main road through the property spanning from Revere to Neponset streets, ending with a new four-way intersection across from Norfolk Street; construction of a steel truss bridge over the diversion channel; completion of a town common; and construction of approximately 240 condominium and rental units.

Rivermoor Engineering was selected by OCO Architecture as the structural engineer for this 4-story, 54 unit, multi-family structure with parking below. Above grade construction totaled approximately 65,000 GSF; below grade parking was another 16,000 SF.

Rivermoor Engineering was selected as the structural engineer by Annino Architects for a major mixed use development project located at 330-350 Pleasant Street Watertown, MA, Water Mills at Bridge Point, is a multi-use development that includes approximately 18,000 square feet of commercial space and 100 housing units.
The development includes two, three-story buildings, connected with a bridge, and each building has a roof top garden within the courtyards on the second floor. The site contains 171 parking spaces, approximately two thirds of which are located in a
garage or covered.
